Reflection
How has your family of origin and past experiences taught you to approach being generous with others? Was generosity something that was common?
What is your gut reaction towards the idea of being generous towards others who are not deserving? How might the Spirit be inviting you to understand more about yourself and God through processing your reaction?
How might the Spirit be inviting you to be generous within your own circle?
How might the Spirit be inviting you to speak and fight against the powers and principalities that bring systems of scarcity and prevent the generosity of God from being experienced in the life of the marginalized?
