Update from the Church in Nepal

Puran Rasaili is a pastor in Nepal and is part of the Advance Network of churches along with Mercy Commons. Puran also ministers to and disciples other church pastors all around Nepal. Puran shares how God is at work in both Nepal and India and how our partner churches are doing.

• Puran shared about life and the church in Nepal. What was something you learned, found interesting or were challenged by?

• Signs and wonders often accompanied the preaching of the gospel in the bible and the Nepali church is seeing an increase in the miraculous as a means to draw people to faith in Jesus. What is your experience with God in the area of the gifts of the spirit or physical healing? Is it something you desire to see more of or be used in and why? What about our present culture makes this more challenging?

• Puran reminded us that God is a good shepherd. He always remains faithful to us and will never leave us alone. Is this something you find easy to connect with? Why or why not? Tell of an area or instance where you have been reminded of God's faithfulness.
